Globalix purchasing model: Property purchases through the Globalix model are typically divided into three parts and managed in three stages. From 100% of the property price:

In the first stage, upon signing the deal, a down payment of around 30% of the property value is paid for a deposit and VAT payment. If you don’t have the required capital to cover the initial 30%, Globalix will assist you in obtaining financing from one of the banks or financial institutions in Israel. After 12 to 24 months, the financing bank provides up to 75% of the funds, which are transferred directly to the property seller.
